We’re pleased to announce the newest addition to our product line! Meet Perlen Poesie, a German bead art magazine and the #1 bead publication in Europe. The publishers of Perlen Poesie have partnered with Starman, Inc. to distribute the new English-language edition of the magazine.
If you’ve not held an issue of Perlen Poesie, you will be blown away when you get your first copy. It’s a beautiful perfect-bound magazine with heavy papers and extraordinary photography. It’s more like a book than a magazine! The quality and artistry is even evident in the name: Perlen Poesie is German for ‘Bead Poetry’.
Starman will be distributing Perlen Poesie in two ways:
- Wholesale
magazines to be offered in retail stores, including back issues
- Direct to
reader subscriptions and back issues
If you are interested in offering Perlen Poesie in your store, please contact your sales agent, or email sales@czechbeads.com. To subscribe for yourself, visit www.Perlen-Poesie.us and sign up today. We will begin shipping the first full-English issue, #18 (Diane Hyde), and the forthcoming issue #19 when they arrive in early December.

The Lentil is one of the most dynamic shapes of the CzechMates two-hole system. It adds a unique texture to beadwork designs and has limitless 3D sculpting possibilities. The simple, symmetrical structure of the CzechMates Lentil makes it easy to stack, stagger, and create frameworks not traditionally found in beading. Nichole Starman, creator of the CzechMates system, was inspired by the world’s most sophisticated spatial structures known to man: gothic cathedrals. Her Breezeway Bangle is a reflection of this concept and the pattern is now available to bead stores for class and promotional use. Her latest design, Rondelle Revolution, featuring CzechMates Lentils and Bricks, will be included as a special promotion with the upcoming December issue of Bead&Button Magazine.
