Keep track of the availability of you favorite beads by signing up for out of stock alerts. We will notify you by email as soon as each item is available for purchase.
To add an out of stock item to your list simply click on the "out of stock" link next to the item desired. A pop-up window will display the all out of stock colors for the item. Check the box next to the item and click the update button at the bottom of the window.

To view your out of stock list, go to the customer service window and click on the "manage out of stock items" icon. From there, you can see all items you're waiting for, the expected restock date (if available) and a listing of items that have been marked back in stock.

New Coatings at Czechbeads

We've been adding all sorts of surprises to the website lately. Here's a look at one of our newest colors -- Misty Rose. You can never have enough shades of pink beads to choose from and this coating is a nice, subtle color that's similar to French Rose. Czech coated/dyed beads have gained in popularity over the years because of their improved quality and color variety. They are not known to fade or flake under regular use. Colors are more consistent between batches compared to colored glass cane because there is more control during the manufacturing process. The shade does, however change slightly across the different shapes and sizes depending on the depth and distortion of the bead itself.

Magatamas

Yet another Toho category expanded this week! Stocked by customer demand -- We've had a limited color and size selection of magatamas on our website for a while and have had many requests for more color, especially 3mm. If you've been dragging you feet about carrying magatamas because of their limited availability, wait no more!

Magatamas are similar to drop, or fringe beads, but are more versatile. They have a large, off center hole and narrow top, which allows them to hang nicely and nest together next to each other.

New Muted Metallic Collections

Meet the latest coating we've added to our Czechbead family - Matte Metallic Goldenrod! This is the first of four new metallic finishes that are trickling onto our warehouse shelves. We first introduced this type of coating on our hybrids (item number TR-11-Y601) and have expanded the concept to include fire polished and pressed beads. I did some durability testing and the finish will hold up well under regular use (i.e. don't rinse them in acid or drag them over a concrete floor). Try out our five new styles and keep an eye out for new colors coming soon!
